Actually, all of our contracts are month-to-month. Lot’s of SEO companies have contracts of 6 months or even 12 months and there’s nothing really wrong with that. That being said, I’ve never been a fan of them.

We do things a little different. SEO companies that use contracts use them to both force the customer to give them time to see their campaign start to work as well as to guarantee revenue. While I can understand it, I don’t want someone to stay with us simply due to a contract.

Instead, I prefer to let our work and our results speak for themselves. I want our clients to stay with us because they want to, not because they are contractually obligated to do so.

I just feel that’s a better way to do business. It’s what I’d want so it’s what I give our clients.

No we do not. We put in a great deal of time, effort, and expenses into working with our clients’ sites that we have to charge for.

Unfortunately there are simply too many variables involved to offer a guarantee. From a website being hacked and as a result dropped from the results, a competitor sabotaging a site’s rankings through “negative SEO”, or even a completely innocent site throwing a false positive for spam.

Those are just a few of the reasons we can’t offer any specific guarantees. What I can tell you is that with over 16 years experience, over a thousand websites optimized, and hundreds of thousands of page one rankings, we generally hit our mark.

This is also why we don’t use long-term contracts. If you don’t feel we are providing you with the service and results you want, we will lose your business. That’s a pretty strong incentive for us to exceed your expectations!

This is always a hard question to answer as it depends on a number of factors including but not limited to: market, competition level for your target phrases, the number of phrases we are targeting, your current site design, the age of your site, as well as any SEO that may or may not have been done to the site previously.

All that being said, most of our clients generally begin seeing some results within the first 2-3 months with 6 months being when much of the campaign should have taken effect and the best results seen. Again these are averages only. Some clients will see extremely quick results while others may take longer due to one or more of the previously mentioned factors.

We monitor both rankings and traffic so that we can know precisely when the campaign begins to take hold.

I’m glad you asked! No we do not outsource. We handle all SEO in-house.

That is not saying outsourcing is bad. It’s simply that we like to have total control over exactly what is done for our clients. Too many companies outsource some or even all of their clients SEO to firms in other countries for pennies on the dollar.

The issue then becomes quality control and more often than not, the quality of the work that is done completely separate company in a completely different company is sub-par.

This can mean that we are sometimes more expensive than other companies, but we feel that the long-term success of our clients’ businesses is the most important thing.

SEO is not a one-size-fits-all industry. Each and every client we work with is unique. Their website, business history, competitors, market all combine to create a unique situation.

For that reason all our projects are priced individually. The first step is always to fill out our discovery application. Once we have that, we can do a thorough review of your business, your website, your market, and your competition.

Once we’ve had a chance to go thru all of the above, we will then be able to tell if we are a good fit. We don’t work with everyone that applies to us, but if we feel you are a good fit, we will then be able to provide you with a customized quote based on your specific needs and goals.
